One sales deck built to pitch the Singularity to five industries
mode40's master sales deck ran 64 slides, too long to send as a leave-behind.
What I did
- Cut it downMerged the thin one-idea slides into fuller ones, trimmed repeated detail, and kept the full breadth of the platform.
- Made it modularEach of the five industries gets its own two slides, so a rep deletes the other four before sending.
- Wrote it to be read aloneText-heavy on purpose, so it works as a leave-behind when no one is there to present it.
What happened
- 64 slides down to 41For the master deck.
- About 32 slidesIn a typical single-industry send.
- Shipped in JuneAlongside the positioning set and a new deck template.
